Added 11th edition combat rules strategy — now the default game edition on the calculator.
11th edition support is in beta: hit and wound rolls follow the same rules as 10th edition, with save rolls using the explicit 11th edition ordered-check sequence (unmodified 1 always fails, then invulnerable save, then armour + AP).
10th edition rules remain fully supported via the edition toggle.
